Took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have new control arms installed. Dana was able to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. Danna and Skylar are the best! They took great care of me while I waited. Ryan found a few other issues with the jeep and they were able to get the parts to fix it. The stabilizer was shot and was a major cause of the 'Death Wobble' issue. Ryan had a used one in the shop and threw it on at no charge to make it safe to get home. They had me ready for my trip that weekend, and I can not thank them enough. Top notch, first class service that will have you driving away completely satisfied. Dana, I will calling you when I am ready for the next upgrade to my rig.

These guys are the best. They did some work on my Tacoma. Dana and Skylar are so nice and really will take care of you and the mechanics are top notch. Got some new KMC wheels and KO3 tires and got my shocks fixed up, they were able to identify the issue with the shock bearings and get me in quick (within about a week) for the service. They make you feel at home also, these are really nice people who know what they are doing!! Again, Dana and Skylar are the best!!!

Update: Since posting my original review, I did want to update this review to be fair and acknowledge that they have made an effort to make things right rather than simply leaving my 1-star review unanswered. The owner came and picked up the Jeep, and they fixed the rear locker issue. and it's the main reason I'm adding a star to my review. They also made a few other offers as a kind of sweetener, and even offered to change the gear ratios at no cost. However, I had already purchased and installed larger tires and fixed the other issues myself, so it felt a bit too little, too late so I declined. I had high hopes for Best Off-Road, but after my first experience with them, I won't be trusting them with my Jeep again. The project started with recommendations on gear ratios and upgrading my front axle that ultimately led me to replace nearly new 35s with 37s just to make the Jeep tolerable on the highway. The final bill was significantly higher than expected, the front driveshaft was left loose, and I wasn't told the Jeep still needed an alignment until pickup. These guys know what they’re doing! They helped me source and install several custom parts on my 6x6. After that was done they built up my JT to run the rubicon. Amazing crew and company.
